Delivered part-time over five months, Leading Edge is designed to enable the transition of aspiring and early career female managers into confident, capable and motivated leaders. The program equips participants with the knowledge and behavioural insights required for successful leadership, embedding and functionalising new learnings as real world behaviour and action.

ABOUT THE CAFBA & WLA PARTNERSHIP

For the past 4 years, CAFBA have partnered with WLA to address gender imbalance in our industry by supporting those interested to pursue further leadership development training. 

The 39 women who have done these courses over the last 4 years have spoken about how beneficial they have been, both personally and professionally, which some of you may have seen in previous posts via the CAFBA website.

The aim of these courses is to unlock your potential, reflect and open up networking opportunities to learn from women across finance and other industries, and we encourage you to nominate members of your staff who want to take the next step in their careers or even yourself as you can self-nominate.

The scholarships available will cover part of the cost of the course, however as in the past CAFBA will endeavour to find sponsors to assist with the balance of the program fees.

There are 15 scholarships available to women across WLA’s three leadership development programs:

The scholarships are allocated with the specific intent of providing powerful and effective development opportunities for women in Equipment Finance and are only available to those who are CAFBA Members.

Should we receive more than 15 expressions of interest, the Scholarships will look to be awarded based on a written application process provided by Women & Leadership Australia at that time.
