Emilie is a Melbourne-based French entrepreneur and a mum of 2 boys. She is passionate about changing the face of leadership to reflect the diversity of our community. Emilie helps organisations and individuals embrace diversity and inclusion to increase their performance and wellbeing. She specialises in a range of areas including gender equity, cultural diversity and accessibility and change management.

An inclusive leadership mentor & public speaker, Emilie is a courageous, authentic leader with 15+ years of experience in multicultural leadership roles across the globe. She has authored several publications on diversity and inclusion, most recently publishing "What if inclusion becomes the way we work" examining the state of the art inclusive leadership practises.

Before setting up as an executive leadership consultant, Emilie had a senior leadership career in the transport industry in Australia and overseas. She has experience in strategic and operational roles in Australia, UK, France, Switzerland, Belgium & Spain where she has witnessed firsthand that diversity is a business opportunity as much as a cultural challenge.

She has led large teams of 250+ employees and completed $150-million complex transformation programs impacting up to 22 000 employees when working for major public & private transport organisations.  When tailoring her leadership development services to her customers' needs, Emilie focuses on driving performance, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Emilie is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former Board member of the Public Transport Ombudsman Board (2016 to 2018).
