Emma McQueen has several years’ experience working in senior management roles within the not-for-profit, mining and corporate sectors.
She has delivered many Talent and Succession, and Organisational Change initiatives, including leadership development programs. Emma’s work on the Employee Experience within organisations enables Leadership team to know how to engage employees, and provide for engaged and productive staff in today’s dynamic work environment.
As an executive coach with over 15 years’ experience, Emma seeks to impart the skills to develop leaders who inspire, encourage and empower their teams to deliver on strategy. A genuine and compassionate person, Emma has the ability to quickly create trusting environments for her clients where they can safely explore their motivations and personal challenges. Focusing on leveraging individual strengths, she is achievement focused, holding people to account for their commitments and building motivation for them to succeed. Emma works with a number of high proﬁle individuals and has developed numerous tools and approaches for their unique talents and attributes.
Emma also contributes to a well-known not-for-profit organisation and dedicates her talents to a number of boards in non-executive director positions.
