Fiona has worked internationally in both consulting and internal roles to help drive a high performing culture by working with teams as well as individuals. Since graduating from her Occupational and Organisational Psychology Masters with Distinction in the UK over 10 years ago, Fiona has worked with several of the major psychometric consulting firms to gain a deep understanding of how to get the most value from personality profiles. She has led executive assessment projects and presented to various Boards on partner-ready candidates. She has also run large scale projects such as engagement surveys, organisational change initiatives through to leadership development programs. Fiona has worked across both the private and public sector and has a successful track record working with and coaching senior executives, partners and managers. More recently, she was head of Learning and Organisational Development at Clayton Utz.​

Fiona takes a strengths-based approach in her coaching and has repeatedly been on coaching panels of leadership development programs for top tier firms. She has also designed leadership programs that include executive coaching to embed leadership behaviours. Her focus is on encouraging individuals to gain greater self-awareness and work towards self-directed growth. Pragmatic and empathetic, she creates a safe and confidential environment to explore options and create manageable goals which align to personal and work values. Fiona works with all levels including senior level executives and her specialties include leadership development, self-management and resilience and preparing for a transition.
