Experience
Karen is a warm and experienced people professional. She brings over 20 years’ experience in a range of organisational areas including; Human Resource Management, Training development and delivery, Organisational Change Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership. 

Karen started her career in the Finance and Accounting sector and moved into the Human Resource Development area after several years in hands-on management roles. She has worked in public, private and not-for-profit organisations and has a successful track record working with and coaching senior executives, managers and individuals.

She has led change initiatives and has partnered with executive leaders to navigate operating model and workforce transitions, performance process redesign, strategy and team development, improve team cohesion, communication and identity. Karen brings a strengths-based, empathetic and down to earth approach to coaching and facilitation.
