AN OPPORTUNITY TO STEP BACK,
REFLECT AND FOCUS
The Women’s Leadership Forum is a unique development program run in key locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Sympathetic to the needs of today’s female leaders, this highly interactive one day program takes participants on a powerful journey of self-discovery as they work together to explore themes around leadership, resilience, empowerment and career/life fulfilment. Packed full of practical tips and advice, the program is a dynamic journey of self-reflection, networking and planning for future success. Importantly, the Forum offers a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences of other women.
A UNIQUE AND EMPOWERING
EXPERIENCE FOR ALL WOMEN
Regardless of where we live and work and whether or not we hold formal management positions, issues of empowerment, wellbeing, connection and equality are important to all women.
The Forum is designed to be a motivating and inspirational experience for all female leaders and indeed all women. The program meets key development priorities for less experienced female leaders but is equally rewarding for more experienced leaders providing new insights and an opportunity to step away from everyday challenges. For all women the program provides a timely opportunity to reflect on past experiences and reenergise for the journey ahead.

“The event helps you to personally get out of a box that you may have been sitting (in). It makes you think about what you can do to better yourself as a leader, and to stand out against the crowd; to build confidence in who you are.”
