Dr Stephanie Liddicoat is an innovation-focused leader and academic with proven experience delivering high quality, award-winning research, facilitating strategic program design and developing curriculum and assessment.

Alongside her ongoing work with Women & Leadership Australia, Dr Liddicoat is a Lecturer, and Director of a design and research consultancy focused on the development of healthcare environments which enhance health and wellbeing outcomes for Australian communities.

Stephanie is motivated by the opportunities that mentorship and coaching offers, and is passionate about improving outcomes for female leaders. Peers have commented that her defining strength is her ability to foster innovation and remove barriers to change. She is also deeply motivated by collaborative learning and inclusion, and creates innovative learning environments built on these principles.
