Susan has 16 years coaching experience and 26 years facilitating Australian and International consulting.  This includes working for 12 years with McKinsey and Company and her Director’s role at Deloittes, both which provide her with the traditional IQ disciplines, along with her speciality in EQ consulting, executive coaching, organisational development and cultural transformation. 

Susan has worked in Australia, and internationally providing consulting, design and delivery experience in learning and development, change management, strategy and workplace culture. She has worked in infrastructure, resources: mining, oil & gas, banking, professional services, education, science and manufacturing.  Her experience includes national and international multiple larger scale coaching assignments and interventions, programs to enhance leadership capability, build resilience and emotional intelligence, and develop internal capability with leadership programs, talent development, mentoring, coaching, facilitation and training.

Along with her capability to work in emergent environments and engage with conflict and difficult topics, clients describe Susan as both reflective and action oriented, bringing warmth, intuition, compassion and probing questions. This enables her to facilitate safe, frank and fruitful conversations in boardrooms, amongst stakeholders, in team workshops and in one-on-one coaching. 

Her facilitation, executive team and coaching work draws on Contemporary Leadership research, the fields of Neuroscience, Resilience, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Quantum Thinking, Somatics, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Adult Learning Theory, Accelerated Learning, Systems Dynamics, Appreciative Inquiry and Action Learning.
