Thea O’Connor is a wellbeing and productivity advisor, presenter, writer and coach. She draws on over 25 years’ experience in health promotion including in the fields of nutrition (as a dietitian), body image, sleep science and workplace health. Thea champions the concept of BQ as she believes that body intelligence is key to help workers not just survive but thrive in the fourth industrial revolution. Thea is also a Naptivist, promoting the powernap as the new coffee break for the sake of our professional and personal sustainability. She works with organisations, teams and individuals helping them to develop healthy, sustainable and effective work practices.
