How the Impact Program Works
The Impact Program is a 10-week, flexible development experience designed to fit around a busy schedule. It combines five structured learning modules with live online webinars, self-paced resources, and peer knowledge sharing and learning opportunities. Each element works together to help you build confidence, improve communication skills, and start applying what you learn from the very first webinar.

Program durations vary by level and content. Each brochure and program page outlines the expected time commitment. As a guide, most participants spend 1–2 hours per week on self-paced learning. Our programs are designed to fit alongside full-time work, and the program map (available in the brochure) shows the number and timing of live sessions.

When can I enrol, and how does it work?
Enrolment closes one week before most programs start. Some courses have rolling admissions, while others run in set cohorts throughout the year. You can check upcoming dates on our website or speak with a Program Advisor by calling 1300 938 571 or emailing info@wla.edu.au.

Our women’s leadership programs are open to women (including trans women and non-binary people) and are designed to provide a psychologically safe learning space. We also offer programs that are open to all genders – this is indicated on each program page.
