Celebrating Taylah: The impact of her work
“I am incredibly honoured to be selected for this award. Leadership to me is never about one person, it is about the collective strength of everyone working together. Any impact I’ve made is only possible because of the exceptional women I am privileged to lead and work alongside every day. Their resilience, compassion, and commitment to community inspire me constantly. This recognition highlights not just their work, but the vital role we all play supporting people across the NT. It reinforces my commitment to leading with heart, purpose, and unwavering respect for those I serve.”
