An important update from Women & Leadership Australia

After more than 20 years championing gender equity and supporting over 60,000 participants, Women & Leadership Australia has made the difficult decision to wind down program delivery across 2026.

This decision has been made with care and intention, based on current and projected market conditions, and with a strong focus on ensuring we conclude this chapter in a way that reflects the quality and integrity Women & Leadership Australia has always stood for.

All programs currently in progress will continue without disruption, and we will also continue to deliver in-house training programs through to December 2026. Our full wind down to be completed by January 2027.

Final cohorts of select flagship programs will commence between April and June 2026, providing a last opportunity to participate in the following highly regarded leadership development experiences:

We will also host our last event – the Australian Women’s Leadership Symposium in Melbourne on the 21st May. Final tickets are available for what is set to be an incredible celebration and day networking, development, and growth.

Unfortunately, this means we will not proceed with the Symposium in Brisbane; all delegates have been contacted and are eligible for a refund or to transfer their registration to the Melbourne Symposium.

Our mission has always been clear. To provide a safe space for leaders to grow, and to support the creation of more inclusive workplaces.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished over the last two decades and the community of leaders we’ve helped to create.

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our alumni, delegates, clients, award winners, speakers, and partners. Whilst our chapter is coming to a close, the impact of Women & Leadership Australia’s work will continue to live on through yours.
