MICHELLE TAYLOR
Executive Coach

Michelle is an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Workplace Culture practitioner and Facilitator. She has worked with senior executives, leaders, managers, and teams across a broad range of industries, sectors and professions to enhance leadership capability, individual and team performance and the advancement of positive workplace culture. Michelle has a deep understanding of contemporary leadership and organisational change theory and approaches to developing leadership capability in challenging and complex environments. She has previously conducted large-scale employee engagement research studies for leading Australian brands and organisations in order to identify employee engagement and retention factors.​

Michelle is a graduate of the Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney, and the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Social Anthropology and Psychology. She utilises evidence-based and scientifically validated approaches to assessing, profiling, and developing leadership capability across organisations. She supports organisations to build, lead and sustain high performing teams, to attract, engage and develop talented people, and to lead strategic and organisational transformation and change, and enhancing workplace agility and innovation. She creates a confidential and enriching environment in which clients are supported to work through issues critical to their professional development and desired objectives, and develop and implement realistic, practical and workable strategies and solutions.

Michelle has previously worked in a broad range of senior public sector leadership roles, including organisational-wide transformation and change, strategy, IT, policy, operational, learning and development, risk, governance, compliance and project management. She was one of the first full-time appointments as a Business Enterprise Architect within the Australian Public Service.
