With more than 25 years of creative, corporate, and consulting experience, Jen has witnessed firsthand the challenges facing today’s leaders. As a coach, she works with leaders to help them identify what is possible and engage in making the change needed to bring those possibilities to life.


Jen served as Chief Marketing Officer in a multi-national information services business based in Sydney. Having led customer-facing programs and held P&L responsibility, she appreciates her clients’ complex, dynamic, commercial focus.


Jen has worked with a range of professionals from emerging leaders stepping into new responsibility to C-level executives taking on transformational change. She partners with her clients as they identify individual and organisational strengths, navigate complex roles, and develop new capacity for themselves and their teams.
