Wendy Jocum has been involved in the field of human resources, learning and development, organisational psychology, facilitation and coaching since 1989.

Wendy is passionate and experienced in all areas of people development. She creates positive learning opportunities for her participants and clients. She assists people to achieve their potential, while enhancing individual, team and organisational performance.​

Her work is across all levels and industries, from front line to senior management. She facilitates and coaches in many topics involving leadership, communication, confiict resolution, change management, emotional intelligence, teamwork, building performance, time management, presentation skills and customer service.

She is qualified and experienced in facilitation, training delivery, coaching, and various behavioural tools to support people in their ongoing development.
