As your Program Delivery Coordinators, we will be your main point of contact throughout your program. We coordinate administration of our programs, including reviewing and responding to your enquiries relating to:
- Updating personal details
- Assignment submissions
- Navigating Canvas, our Learning Management System, referred to as the LMS.
- Technical support
- Tracking your progress
- Providing program updates
- Any other assistance required through the program
Question: How do I access Zoom details for webinars and workshops?
Answer: You can find the Zoom details in either the ‘announcements’ or ‘syllabus’ tab in the LMS. For courses that don’t run on the LMS, you would have received an email with Zoom information.
Question: How do I access Zoom details for my 1on1 coaching session?
Answer: You will receive a calendar invitation from the Program Delivery Coordinator Team (PDC) or coach.
Question: What if I can’t make or miss an online session?
Answer: You don’t need to notify your facilitator or the PDC team. If your program utilises an LMS, we encourage you to stay engaged by participating in discussion boards, completing pre- and post-work for each module, and accessing the sessions recap videos available for the short online sessions (there are no recap videos available for full workshop days) under the respective online session in the module section in the LMS. Whether your program includes an LMS or not, we strongly recommend attending all live online sessions to ensure you maximize the program’s benefits and don’t miss out on any valuable content.
Question: I cannot access LMS (Canvas)
Answer: The LMS is open approximately 3 weeks before your first session. You can access the LMS here. You will be prompted to enter your Student Number – see email from the PDC team (check junk/spam if you can’t see it in your inbox). Please make note of this as you will need to use it throughout the program. Please click “Request password” and follow the prompts to create your own password.

Question: What should I do if I have technical issues before or during my online session?
Answer: Please see our Zoom FAQ’s listed below.

Question: Can I use headphones during online sessions?
Answer: You certainly can! If you have any other devices previously paired with your headphones, remember to switch off Bluetooth during the session, otherwise the headphones may try to pair, causing you to lose audio connection to the session.
