What we can assist with


As your Program Delivery Coordinators, we will be your main point of contact throughout your program. We coordinate administration of our programs, including reviewing and responding to your enquiries relating to:

  • Updating personal details
  • Assignment submissions
  • Navigating the online portal (Canvas)
  • Technical support
  • Tracking your progress
  • Providing program updates, and
  • Any other assistance required through the program

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question: How do I access Zoom details for webinars/workshops?

Answer: You can find the Zoom details in either the Course Calendar or the Syllabus tab in the Learning Management System (Canvas).

 

Question: How do I access Zoom details for my coaching session?

Answer: You will receive a calendar invitation from the Program Delivery Coordinator Team (PDC) / Coach.

 

Question: What if I miss an online session?

Answer: You can notify your facilitator via the Learning Portal. All session content is accessible for review in the LMS. We recommend catching up by utilising the LMS, engaging in discussion boards, and completing any pre & post work for each module.

 

Question: I cannot access LMS (Canvas)

Answer: The LMS is open approximately 3 weeks before your first session. You can access the LMS here. You will be prompted to enter your Student Number – see email from the PDC team (check junk/spam if you can’t see it in your inbox). Please make note of this as you will need to use it throughout the program.  Please click “Request password” and follow the prompts to create your own password.

 

Question: What should I do if I have technical issues before or during my webinar session?

Answer: Please email pdc@wla.edu.au with your full name, webinar details, and technical issue you are experiencing and the PDC team will contact you as a priority.

 

Question: Can I use my apple air Pods as headphones during the webinar?

Answer: You certainly can! If you have any apple devices nearby like your iPhone or iPad, remember to switch the Bluetooth off on these devises during the session, otherwise the air Pods will keep switching between your computer and apple devises causing you to lose audio connection to the webinar.
